A Little Help With Weight Loss

Everyone who has dieted in the past or is currently dieting has hit plateaus where the weight loss tapers off or stops completely. When that that happens, there needs to be a "shake up" or a change in how things are done. This is a time when all aspects of the dieter's life should be reviewed. Could stress or lack of sleep be contributing to the stall in losing weight? It is possible. Lack of sleep and stress "turns on" the "feed-me" hormones.
